I think the number one suspect is Ling Cane. I think Ling was accomplice of Terry's blackmail. But, Terry planed to steal contain in vault by oneself. Ling realized it, and Ling was worried that one's crime is found out by police. So I think Ling killed Terry to hide one's crime.

You think that Terry planned to steal the contents of the vault himself. You think that Ling was worried that the police would find out that she helped Terry. Am I right?
I have some questions. Why do you think that Terry planned to steal the contents of the vault himself? Why do you think that Ling was his accomplice?
i gess that the number one suspect is billy. becouse he loves sara,and terry did not treated her well.so billy killed terry to be whith sara.
