Last lesson we started a new unit - Only One Earth. We learned a new reading strategy too - prediction. Also, we did an interesting survey about the world's biggest problems. You ranked the problems listed below:
- Too much garbage
- Endangered species
- Pollution
- Not enough food
- Not enough jobs
Seventy percent (70%) of you said that pollution was the biggest problem or the second biggest problem. After pollution, you thought that not enough food was the most important problem. Seventy-eight percent (78%) of you said that not enough jobs was the least important problem.
