You will need to do research in order to write your essay. You must site your sources (引用文献). You must include in-text citations, and a reference list in your essay using APA Style. Look at the examples below.

Hello everyone,

My very first sport was judo. I started studying judo at a sports and recreation centre, which was organised by the YMCA. My sensei was Mr. Johnston. Later I joined Johnston-sensei's dojo. I was also a member of the Ontario Judo Association. I practiced jodo until I had a bad fall and chipped my teeth. I wish I'd continued.
